What is your return / refund policy?

We do NOT offer refunds on any orders once they are placed.
Every product is made specifically for you, with the goal of sharing encouragement and emotional uplift through what you choose to wear. All Sales are Final.

While we do not accept returns, we do offer replacements in cases where the product arrives with an issue caused by production or shipping.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Our checkout is secure and encrypted for your safety.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours when the order was placed. Once the order is processed, modifications may NOT be possible as All sales are Final.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately no, we currently only support our customers within the US.

How long does shipping take?

We do our absolute best to get orders to our customers as soon as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location, but most customers receive their orders within 5-7 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We provide free shipping on all orders over $50. For orders below $50, standard shipping rates apply.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

How do I find my size?

We include the detailed size guide on each product page. For additional help, check out our "How to Measure" guide or contact us—we’re happy to assist!

How does OFAPOD give back?

Instead of donating money, OFAPOD donates what we create: Meaningful apparel and accessory designed to uplift and encourage. Our products carry messages of hope, healing, and growth, which are shared directly with mental health communities.
