Refund policy

Each item is created with care and intention, designed to share stories of resilience, self-growth, and positive energy. Because of this made-to-order process and our commitment to maintaining the integrity of these positive cycles, all sales are final.

 

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any orders once they are placed.
 Every product is made specifically for you, with the goal of sharing encouragement and emotional uplift through what you choose to wear.

 

Replacement Policy

While we do not accept returns, we do offer replacements in cases where the product arrives with an issue caused by production or shipping.

You may request a replacement if your item arrives:

  • Incorrect (wrong product or wrong variant)
  • Damaged
  • Misprinted
  • In the wrong size due to our error

To request a replacement, please email support@ofapod.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Photos of the issue
  3. A brief description
  4. The same item (same design and product type) you would like replaced

Once our team reviews and approves your request, we will send your replacement free of charge.
 Replacements are final and subject to OFAPOD’s internal review policy.

To honor our commitment to reducing waste and spreading positivity, we encourage customers to donate or gift any items being replaced—passing forward the message of strength, light, and encouragement to someone who may need it.
