## 1) Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OFAPOD mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Baokohome LLC, doing business as OFAPOD ("OFAPOD," "we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

## 2) Eligibility
You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent you are authorized to bind that entity.

## 3) License Grant and Restrictions
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, OFAPOD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not, and may not permit others to:
1. Copy, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, sell, lease, sublicense, or exploit the Service except as expressly permitted.
2. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code, except to the extent non-waivable law expressly permits.
3. Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Service.
4. Circumvent technical protections, rate limits, access controls, or security mechanisms.
5. Use bots, scraping tools, automation, or other means to extract data from the Service without written permission.

## 4) Accounts and Access
The Service may be used in guest mode and/or signed-in mode. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity under your account/device session to the extent permitted by law.

The Service and all associated content, software, code, design, trademarks, logos, interfaces, text, graphics, audio, video, databases, and other materials are owned by Baokohome LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
No rights are granted except as expressly set forth in these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

## 7) Third-Party Services and App Stores
The Service may rely on third-party services, including Apple and Google platform services. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and policies.
If you download the app from an app store, you also agree to applicable app store terms.

## 8) Purchases, Billing, and Refunds
Where applicable, purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by those platforms under their billing and refund rules. OFAPOD does not directly process app-store card payments.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. OFAPOD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
OFAPOD DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

## 11) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OFAPOD AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OFAPOD'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO OFAPOD FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.

## 12) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OFAPOD and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

## 13) Suspension and Termination
OFAPOD may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or where required by law.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and governing law/disputes.
