## 1) Purpose
This EULA Addendum supplements platform-provided end user license terms (including, where applicable, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement) for OFAPOD.
If there is a conflict between mandatory platform terms and this Addendum, mandatory platform terms control to the extent of that conflict.

## 2) Licensed Application
The "Licensed Application" means the OFAPOD app and related software/services made available by Baokohome LLC.
The Licensed Application is licensed, not sold, to you.

## 3) Ownership
All right, title, and interest in and to the Licensed Application, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by Baokohome LLC and its licensors.
No ownership rights are transferred to you.

## 4) Additional License Conditions
Your license is conditioned on continued compliance with:
- OFAPOD Terms of Use;
- OFAPOD Privacy Policy;
- applicable app store/platform terms;
- applicable laws and regulations.

## 5) Additional Restrictions
You may not:
1. use the Licensed Application for unlawful or abusive purposes;
2. bypass, disable, or tamper with technical limitations, security controls, or access controls;
3. reverse engineer or derive source code except as explicitly allowed by non-waivable law;
4. reproduce, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, sell, or otherwise commercialize the Licensed Application without written permission.

## 6) Third-Party Services and Content
The Licensed Application may integrate with third-party services (for example identity providers, app stores, cloud services). Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.
Baokohome LLC is not responsible for third-party services beyond applicable law.

## 7) Updates and Availability
Baokohome LLC may release updates, bug fixes, security patches, and feature changes at any time. Some features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued.
Continued use of updated versions may require acceptance of revised terms.

## 8) Warranty Disclaimer
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LICENSED APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

## 9) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BAOKOHOME LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE LICENSED APPLICATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BAOKOHOME LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) FEES PAID FOR THE LICENSED APPLICATION IN THE PRIOR TWELVE (12) MONTHS, OR (B) USD $100.

## 10) Termination
This license terminates automatically if you fail to comply with applicable terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Licensed Application and delete all copies in your possession or control, except where prohibited by law.

## 11) Export and Sanctions Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws and regulations.
